1. Thời hạn:
Thời hạn bảo hành của sản phẩm là 12 tháng kể từ ngày nghiệm thu bàn giao sản phẩm đưa công trình vào sử dụng (có biên bản nghiệm thu và bàn giao).
2. Phạm vi bảo hành:
Nhôm CDWindows Invest chịu trách nhiệm bảo hành sản phẩm của mình trong suốt thời gian bảo hành (12 tháng), bao gồm các việc khắc phục, sửa chữa, thay thế các sản phẩm bị hư hỏng, khiếm khuyết trong quá trình vận hành sử dụng do nguyên nhân sai sót trong thi công chưa được kịp thời phát hiện hoặc do vật tư cung cấp không đảm bảo chất lượng.
Ngoại trừ những lỗi do phía chủ đầu tư gây ra như tự ý thay đổi, lắp đặt thêm, làm sai lệch nguyên bản, làm hỏng sản phẩm và các trường hợp bất khả kháng (chiến tranh, thiên tai…) thì không thuộc trách nhiệm bảo hành của Nhôm CDWindows.
3. Hỗ trợ khách hàng:
Nhà thầu nhôm kính sẽ hỗ trợ sửa chữa, thay thế sản phẩm cho khách hàng trong trường hợp sản phẩm bị hỏng hóc, hư hại không thuộc phạm vi trách nhiệm của nhà thầu. Toàn bộ chi phí thay thế, sửa chữa, nhân công đi lại Chủ đầu tư sẽ thanh toán đầy đủ và không được tính vào chi phí bảo hành.
